NRM Leaders Meet in Lira Ahead of President Museveni’s Visit to Lango

The NRM Vice Chairperson for Northern Uganda and Government Chief Whip, Denis Hamson Obua, on Thursday evening chaired a leaders’ meeting at Lango College Grounds in Lira City as part of preparations for the upcoming visit of H.E. Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni to the Lango sub-region.

The meeting brought together key leaders, including the Minister of Health, Jane Ruth Aceng, the Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs, Balaam Barugahara, and the Woman Member of Parliament for Lira District, Linda Agnes Auma, among others.

Discussions centered on coordinating efforts and ensuring that all logistical and organizational arrangements are in place for a successful visit.

President Museveni is expected to address a large gathering of supporters and express appreciation to the people of Lango for their continued support and trust in his leadership.
