Court Testimony: Detective Reveals Alleged Plot Against Pastor Kayanja

The court has heard the 11th witness in the case of insulting Pastor Kayanja and insulting his church.

David Kwikiriza , 42 , a police detective working at Kawempe police headquarters , told the court that during his investigation he discovered that the accused spoke to Pastor Ssenyonga and sent them evidence that if they alleged that Pastor Kayanja had sodomized them ssenyonga would wash away their sorrows

that he was called from the Kawempe police that there were youths who had attacked Pastor Robert Kayanja’s church and he was given the task of investigating.

Kwikiriza said when he arrived at the old Kampala police station there were two men and one woman who claimed to be the lawyers of the arrested and your partner included Aggery Kaneene, Wasswa Israel

The court also noted that Adrian Ssebaale , apart from the evidence , even used techniques to cut chickens and toilet papers and covered them with blood while making the video and evidence that they were used in the act of sodomy.

However, in all the phone calls made in Sept 2021 Jamil Mwandha and his colleagues indicated that they came to communicate and allegedly had plot planed

The accused, Serugo Peter, Kagoro Martin, Regan Ssentongo, Tumwine Moses, Wakamala Alex and others, are before Judge Adam Byarugaba and charged with trespassing on Miracle Center Church and making false statements that Pastor Kayanja was gay.

The judge adjourned the case till 29 July 2024 at Mengo courts Bulange Mengo
