YMCA PROMISES REVENGE OVER ST LAWRENCE IN UFL QUARTER FINAL RETURN LEG

YMCA Comprehensive skipper Mutyaba Twaha believes that miracles can still happen and turn the 2-0 defeat of first quarter leg into their favor come Friday 20, September 2019 at Buwambo.

YMCA lost 2-0 to St Lawrence University in first leg game played at Kavule.

The Skipper Mutyaba Twaha while addressing media in the prematch press briefing at Kati Kati Restaurant Lugogo on Thursday, asserted that his side is ready to overturn the ‘look to be impossible results’ into their favor.

His counter part ibrahim owen kasule the captain st lawrence believes his teammates will captalise on the 2-0 lead they got in the 1st leg to progress to the semi-finals.



YMCA need atleast a 2-0 win to force the game into penalties or to win the game with a margin of 3 goals to reach Semifinals of 2019. There coach bwabye duncan believes its morethan possible.

Davis Nono Ssozi, St Lawrence University tactician said that it’s not yet over because on the day of first leg, YMCA were only unlucky because his side made slot of mistakes.

It should be noted that Uganda Martyrs University became the first University to reach semifinals after eliminating two time league Champions MUBS by 2-0 win aggregate.
