Ugandans have been urged to avoid violent behavior such as insults, vandalism and protests as happened in Kenya a month ago, the request was made by Kampala executive director Dorothy Kisaaka at the handover of the newly constructed toilet to bukoto market. Kisaaka said she is hates demonstrations as people burn things that benefit others and this toilet needs to be kept safe but along with public items
He was joined by city leaders in urging people to maintain peace, but also to maintain hygiene in their communities, as sanitation could cause various diseases among the people.
Nakawa Mayor Paul Mugambe noted that people loose a lot of money due to poor sanitation which leads them to hospitals, but the construction of the toilet will help them save money, as it will improve on there sanitation .
However, the leaders of the market have asked KCCA to rebuild the market with an aim of meeting the city standard .
