One of Iran's banks targeted in US-Israeli strikes

The United States and Israel have targeted one of Iran’s banks, a spokesperson for Tehran’s Khatam al-Anbiya military command headquarters said on Wednesday, warning that Iran could respond by targeting U.S. and Israeli economic centers in the region.
According to Iran’s state-run Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), the spokesperson said the U.S. military and Israel carried out the strike after what he described as a failed campaign.
He described the attack as illegitimate and said it gives Iran justification to target U.S. and Israeli economic centers and banks.
The spokesperson also warned people in the region to stay at least one kilometer away from banks, saying the United States should expect what he called a “retaliatory and painful response.”
However, he did not specify which bank in Iran was targeted.
