Mps have gone missing in the censure of Gen. Tumwine.

Last week the parliamentary committee on human rights released their report  towards the safe houses the issue which was tabled before parliament by Hon. Latif ssebagala and in the report the committee  condemned the act of minister for security Gen. Elly Tumwine of interfaring into the parliamentary work according to the report minister Gen. Tumwine refused them to access the safe houses and even interacting with some officials cited  in the allegation including Col Bagyenda and the Commander of the elite Special Forces Command (SFC), Maj Gen James Birungi. This week mps laed by the Hoin. Mbwa Tekamwa gaffa started to collect signatures top censure the minister however their sweats may end up useless due to the disappearance of several MPs. In the presser held at the parliament some MPs lead by Hon. Theodore Ssekikubo urged MPs to not mix-up things including Gen Tumwine as a person and the misbehaving acts in him he added that several MPs have disappeared from the parliament and this has affected their process in the same line he was backed up by other four MPs including Allan Ssewanyana, Kasibante Moses, John Baptist Nyambeshe and Barnabas Tinkasiimire who said that by Wednesday next week they will publish the names of those MPs who have uphold the constitution of Uganda.
