CLASH OF THE CHAMPIONS IN UNIVERSITY FOOTBALL LEAGUE, U.M.U HOST MUBS IN 2ND LEG QUARTER FINSL

The quarter-finals of the 2019 University Football League (UFL) return leg officially get underway on Wednesday.

Hosts Uganda Martyrs University face Makerere University Business School (MUBS) in the return leg having played in a goaless draw (0-0) in the 1st leg.
And according to uganda matyrs sports tutor Kigundu Ssali they are ready to replicate 2017 perfomance and take this institution to the final again.



His counter part hirary kimbugwe the sports tutor MUBS believes there side are a better one having won this trophy back to back in 2014 and 2015 and they are yearning to become the 1st university to win it for 3 times

Captain uganda matyrsMutaawe Athanus and captain MUBS Senkooto Martin both believe they can make it to the semi finals

When these two institutions last faced off, it was during the 2017 final at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole as the Nkozi based Uganda Martyrs beat MUBS 2-0 to lift the trophy for the first time in their history.
