Bukedde Pass PLE pullout revived

Bukedde Newspaper is returning with Pass PLE pullout in an effort to aid Primary Seven candidates to pass their final exams (Primary Leaving Examinations).

“Our Bukedde Newspaper is back with Pass PLE series effective Monday, and this is part of the Vision Group commitment to support the success of the education agenda in the country,” Don Wanyama, the Vision Group chief executive officer/managing director had disclosed.

Flagging off the publication of the latest series of Pass PLE officially at VG headquarters located along the First Street Industrial Area in Kampala on Friday (June 14, 2024), Wanyama noted that Pass PLE series in Bukedde will be published every Monday and Thursday.

“If this week we publish Pass PLE questions, the subsequent week, will be for the publication of answers. if this week you buy a paper for Pass PLE questions for your children, the next one, buy the paper for the answers,” he said.

According to Wanyama, the way Pass PLE questionnaires are arranged, there is a provision for the answers.

“The layout of the questionnaire is the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) standard. Candidates with the help of their parents can mark themselves after answers are published,” he said.

He noted that the Pass PLE questions are of high standard since they are being set by education experts who are also experienced UNEB examiners.

“I want to remind parents, guardians, schools, and organizations that support education to buy the Bukedde Paper and help our children to prepare and pass exams. The second term is critical and that’s why we have decided to bring Pass PLE series at this time to enable learners and schools to effectively take advantage of them before third term,” he said.
