African Christian Leaders Visit Israel — Miracle Centre Cathedral Among Delegation Representing Millions of Worshippers
A delegation of about 30 senior Christian religious leaders from 10 African countries arrived in Israel this week for a four-day visit initiated by Deputy Foreign Minister Sharren Haskel.

A powerful four-day visit to the land of Israel has brought together senior Christian leaders from across Africa — a moment of unity, prayer, and renewed partnership between the people of God in Africa and Israel.
The visit, initiated by Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Sharren Haskel, gathered a delegation of about 30 bishops, priests, and church leaders from more than ten African nations — including Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Ghana, Zambia, and Angola. Together, they represent millions of believers who continue to lift high the banner of Jesus Christ across the African continent.

Speaking about the visit, Deputy Minister Haskel said:
“The Christian community in Africa is sympathetic to Israel, and this partnership is one of the best ways to combat the spread of radical Islam and jihadism in Africa. Strengthening ties with these leaders reinforces Israel’s position on the continent, based on deep shared values that will endure for generations.”
During their stay, the delegation will visit sites of great biblical and historical importance . including Jerusalem, Hebron, ancient Shiloh, the western Negev, and Nuba and meet with President Isaac Herzog and officials from Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
For us at Miracle Centre Cathedral, it is an honor to be represented in this historic delegation. standing in the Holy Land, walking where Jesus walked, and joining other African Christian leaders in prayer for peace, unity, and the continued outpouring of God’s Spirit upon the nations.
