His Majesty the King of Buganda Kingdom Ronald Muwenda Mutebi Returns Home from Namibia

His Majesty the King of Buganda Kingdom, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi, has returned home from Namibia.

The King was welcomed by Katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga, Queen Sylvia Nagginda, Queen Agnes Nabaloga, Prince Crispin Jjunju Kiweewa, and Queen Victoria Nkinzi.

After arriving late last night, Prince Crispin Jjunju told reporters at the airport that he thanked the governments of Germany, Switzerland, Namibia, and Uganda for their efforts to ensure that the King was able to return home safely, attributing it to the mercifulness of God.

However, Prince Jjunju regretted that a few people had insulted the Kingdom and Uganda as a whole.

He also appreciated the work and services of the royal staff who continued their duties while the King was undergoing treatment.

At the same press conference, the Buganda Kingdom Premier, Charles Peter Mayiga, welcomed the King and clarified that he was under medical care.

The Buganda Kingdom Premier, Charles Peter Mayiga, also thanked the Bugandans who have remained loyal to the traditions of the Kingdom and expressed his gratitude to all Ugandans.

Mayiga insists that the King remains in good spirits and urged the public not to be alarmed by his absence from recent events.

The King had been undergoing treatment in Namibia for three months, during which time various rumors and allegations, especially on social media, claimed that he had been kidnapped.

They thanked God for bringing the King back to health and asked for blessings of good health and long life for His Majesty.

Long live His Majesty.
